Mr. Carrow is an experienced litigator, having attended to a number of high visibility trials, both civil and criminal.  He is one of very few American lawyers dually qualified to practice as an attorney in the United States (California and New York) and as a barrister in the United Kingdom (England and Wales).   Mr. Carrow's trial skills are evidenced by the fact that a substantial part of his practice consists of referrals from, and representation of, other lawyers. He divides his time between his law offices in California and his barristers' chambers in London.

His practice emphasizes:

Alternative Dispute Resolution - ADR

In addition to time spent as a practicing lawyer, Mr. Carrow serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the California Superior Courts for the counties of San Francisco and Marin and is available as a mediator, arbitrator or private judge, as provided by the law of California.

Personal, telephone or video conferences, addressing either English or American law, are available in San Francisco or London.  The initial interview is without charge and can be arranged by E Mail.
